As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control within our manufacturing processes. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to upholding regulatory compliance.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:00PM

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality tests and evaluations.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Follow established protocols for non-conforming product disposition and participate in root cause analysis investigations.
Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and documentation.
Uphold adherence to all regulatory standards and company quality policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or related industries.
Solid understanding of quality control procedures, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards is desirable.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality assurance is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality inspection role.
